Engagements with GVERSE Studio are governed by a written statement of work. Scope, milestones, and delivery dates are fixed before work begins; a mutual NDA is executed prior to any technical disclosure.
Intellectual property in all delivered code, documentation, and design artefacts transfers in full to the client on final payment. We retain no vendor lock-in and no residual licensing claims.
Privacy & Data Protection
This website collects no personal data beyond what you choose to send us directly. We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or share enquiry details with third parties.
Client systems we build follow strict data-minimisation and encryption-at-rest practices, meeting OWASP MASVS L2 and ISO/IEC 27001-aligned controls.
