Clinical environments cannot ship patient data to a cloud service, so PulseMed runs quantized segmentation models entirely on the Apple Neural Engine. No diagnostic frame ever leaves the device.
Privacy as an architecture
Because inference is local, isolation is a property of the system rather than a policy promise — the device simply has nowhere to send the data.
